United States of America v. Saliou Gueye

United States of America v. Saliou Gueye – found Not Guilty on March 20, 2024, after a 2-day Federal Jury Trial for the charge of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.

 – NOT GUILTY VERDICT. Richard White, alongside Preston Presley, represented a client charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud in federal court this week. The two tried the case for two full days.

Richard White spent hours cross examining several witnesses throughout the case. During closing arguments Richard asked the jury to use their common sense and make the government meet their burden of proving his client committed this crime beyond a reasonable doubt.

At the end of the day, the jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict.
