On March 20, 2024, Richard, alongside Attorney Preston Presley, secured a Not Guilty verdict for Saliou Gueye in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. After a 2-day Federal Jury Trial, Mr. Gueye was found Not Guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Bank Fraud.
